Delete Your Anubhuti School Account
Users of the Anubhuti School mobile application may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to appsupport@anubhutischool.in from your registered email address, or contact the Anubhuti School administration.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Provide your registered name, user role (Parent or Teacher), and registered mobile number or email address.
- For security purposes, the school may verify your identity before processing the request.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
- User profile and account information.
- Login credentials and authentication-related account data.
- Personal contact information associated with the account.
- Other personal data that is not required to be retained.
Data That May Be Retained
- Student attendance records.
- Academic and homework records.
- Fee and financial records.
- Records required by applicable law or school policies.
Important: Deleting a user account may remove access to the App, but it may not require deletion of official school records that the school is required or permitted to retain.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests will generally be reviewed and processed within 30 days after successful verification of the request.
